I would like to share my experience with HDFC Bank
Today(11/30/2016) I went to HDFC Electronics City Branch, Bangalore to withdraw cash with Self withdrawal cheque, I have carried my Id proof xerox copy while standing in queue one of the bank person
came outside to distribute Cash diposit leaf at the same time I asked him it is manageable if I show my company Id card with Photo he said its okay.
But while standing in queue inside the bank a co customer was also asking the same question i.e. he is having Id card and xerox copy one of the senior bank staff Mr. Uday Kiran was refuse to accept this as a
valid proof, at the same time while I asked him that at all the places eg Airport, Railway people are considering this(ID card as a alternate proof) please consider here right now we don't have the original
one. Suddenly Mr Uday in rough voice saying(Kyon ap ungi kar rahe ho) means why you are interfering & told me forget about your ID proof if the signature won't match you won't be allowed to withdraw cash.
We will math your signature
I have few question to ask HDFC how come a bank staff be so unprofessional
We all know the country is facing a lot of problem how you are helping the customer(By your unparliamentary words?)
If a person has lost all the Original documents then he is not eligible to withdraw money
If all of these do n't work at least some kind words may help a lot.
This is absolutely poor service and unprofessional service by the staff.
I am a preferred category customer and my salary account also in HDFC Bank.
With What kind of Bank manager(Uday Kiran) you are running your branch at least provide some customer relationship training to senior staffs, they are proving their power to customers instead of helping them while the whole country is in trouble.
