I am thinking to purchase a gaming console and searching it on internet but didn't got any affordable gaming consoleand then I found that in my nearby electronuc there is a new latest gaming comsole arrived and I purchased it which was my biggest mistake and didn't like the features of this HCL ME C-100.
HCL is good brand and I habe purchased several producys from it but this time I have experienced very bad and suggest not to purchase this product.
This consol has inbuild game which are very less and very boring. I have found that sometimes this gaming console got overheaed and I have to quit my game at that stage. It is somehow costly as comparison to it's features and I got cheated by HCL.
The screen is very small and didn't able feel that playing a game.I contacted customer support and explains about the overheating issue but they aksed me to send the product to their location so, I refused to so and using it from from 6 months like that only and thinking to sell it. I have experienced very badly and never purchase any gaming console lf HCL. The customer care is pathetic.
