Hi Guys,
Never ever take Hathway Connection in Chennai.! Theses guys are fraud they are only sales minded. There Customer Support is a big Zeroo I don't know who is heading this or taking care of. Dear Mr. Rajan(Hathway MD) I think you have hired all fools in your company! I am sure your company would be drowned soon. Pls appoint the right persons in top positions.

In all other ISP Appellate is the Top level person- But here it's quite opposite(LOL).There Appellate staff attaches some signature in the mail - If your queries are not addressed pls write to there Customer support head P. Balaji, (Again diverting the issue) I dont't know who hired him he is a dumb as- Fu-, I once spoke to him regarding the Offer issue he is not even able to understand the issue & blabbering such a brainless retard! he don't even know how to speak to a Customer his tone is like donkey becoz of his arrogance I switched to ACT. Overall Hathway employees are Unprofessional. Learn the Customer Support experience from Amazon and ACT!
