I have taken a wifi connection from hathway, and their connection keeps getting disconnected without any intimation to customer.
However, on calling their customer service(which should be called - customers worst service) a particular executive could not give me proper explanation to my original complaint and raises his voice when the fault is with his company's service.
And that fool did not give me the new complaint number and disconnected(by transferring my call to some dept which never answered!)
My hathway experience has been the worst and their customer care executives, one of whom has attended my call quite a few times is the most arrogant and irritating person and thank to his service I'm writing this complaint/feedback for hathway broadband.
