Dont go in for Hathway broadband. They sell the connection promising good connection but don't even have necessary setup to provide an operative one.
Bought the connection on August 22 and had only 6-7 days of connectivity. They dont care for the customer once they have your money. Incompetent customer care executives and indifferent technicians. Regret having diconnected BSNL for this.
The call centre is in Mumbai and half the time they dont even know whats going on in other cities. The incompetent call centre executives will tell you that that they will follow up with technical team, but the help will never come.
If you have the same issues with the service provider, make sure that you raise complaints as well as post on social media sites to stop other people from falling prey to this incompetent or thieving company as it has been well established that complaining to them directly doesn't work as they dont care.
