I have been using hathway internet since 2018. Last six months, the service has been so pathetic and hopeless. I have made 15-20 complaints through customer care number, all tickets were closed without any resolution. Escalated to nodal officer, but same result. Complaint through their FB page, again no result. Complaint through consumer protection, no result. offered speed is 100 mbps and actual speed is below 1mbps
