I have subscription for plan 40mbps for 12 month but they never said to me before payment that this plan have down time of total 4-5 month.
because if I count disconnectivity of internet during this time it will be almost 4-5 month,
and if I ever want to complain about this slow speed or network disconnect issue all I am hearing from customer care is'sir restart your modem' and after that they say'we have sent reminder to technical person' and boom finish.
no one came to fix my issue and my internet is disconnected for 15-20 days continue

Thank god my subscription is going to finish soon so now I can manage another broadband service provider
