I booked the return trip and when the trip status does not confirmed even after waiting 1 hour, called customer care. They said we can not confirm the booking as prices shot up. How can a portal book a trip on certain fare and later demand you to pay more to confirm the booking. After much arguments they finally agrees to pay refund in 10 days, which I am still waiting. Take your own risk to book a ticket on HappyEasyGo. They are cheater and do not care about your money. This was my first and last experience with this shitty portal.
