Firstly, the passenger pickup point but does not have even a basic washroom. Even the so called receptionist is very rude. Posting this about the Rajendra Nagar, Indore pickup point.
On top of that the drivers are worse. They stop at shitty places for lunch. Just looking at the place will make you lose your appetite. Then, they don't stop for 5+ hours even when requested that children need to use the washroom. Even if they stop they keep honking and saying that stop doing timepass. But when it is their turn, they don't mind stopping for hours to eat at their own leisure.
Have never experienced such rude and arrogant drivers in any of my travels. Will never travel by Hans again as they are neither pocket friendly nor customer friendly.
The bus is clean. However, there are small screws all over the seats which are enough to tear your socks and other clothes. Experienced this first hand myself. My 4 year old daughter's trousers tore and my own socks too became unwearable due to this.
I wish I could give ZERO starts to this company.
