I am writing to escalate a recurring issue with my Haier refrigerator, which I purchased on 23rd June 2024.


Just two months after installation, I logged a complaint due to no cooling. A service executive visited and refilled the gas, after which the cooling was restored and the appliance began working normally.


However, the same issue has resurfaced two days ago. I logged a fresh complaint with ID TH20250410000136. While two executives visited yesterday, they were unable to resolve the issue. Today, after my follow-up call to your service center, another executive was aligned, yet the problem still remains unresolved. The technician finally advised me to contact the company directly for resolution and why you not get replacement at time of your first issue Received after the 2months.


This refrigerator is still well within the one-year warranty period, with warranty coverage valid until June 2025. I fail to understand why such a major issue has occurred twice within a year of purchase, causing repeated inconvenience and stress.


I request an immediate resolution and demand a replacement of the unit on an urgent basis. It is unfair for a customer to suffer this level of inconvenience with a newly purchased product.


Kindly take immediate action and confirm the next steps at the earliest.
