I had purchased the ac lasted year, with the 1 year ac warranty and 12 years compressor warranty but it wasn’t an year when I started facing issues and when I contacted customer service first they gave excuse of lockdown and didn’t came for more then a month and then they came in June end and then also they did not fixed the issue and when again I asked them delaying for more then 2 weeks they came to my house and open all stuff saying v ll come next day and fix coz we haven’t some equipment and since then it’s been 3 days no one came and still everything is in messed at my place mother they are receiving the call. I would request to plz think twice before u purchase any haier product
