I have ordered EVP tickets door-step -delivery on 3rd Aug 2012, it is being 3 months now(26th oct 2012), still not received the tickets.
I called them on 3rd sep 2012 and they said that it will be delivered in a week. today I called them and they are saying that they have stopped door-step-delivery before 2 months, they have not informed us about this. I have paid 50 rupees extra for door-step-delivery. Crazeal is cheating customers. Now they are saying that to get the tickets from their office. Very worst experience.
