Grand_Holidays is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I’ve been a member of Grand Holidays and Resorts for a while, and the service has been consistently disappointing. Despite following all the proper procedures and giving advanced notice, our booking for Udaipur(8th to 10th November 2024) was denied, with no suitable alternative offered.
We’ve faced this issue multiple times, especially during peak seasons, where we’re told there’s no availability despite being loyal paying members. The lack of transparency and customer support has been beyond frustrating. I’ve had to follow up several times with the Member Relations team, but there’s been no proper resolution.
The membership promises certain benefits, but they aren’t delivered. It feels like a waste of money if you can't use it when you need it the most.
I’m sharing my experience here because we’ve already raised this on other platforms and social media, and still, nothing has been resolved.
For anyone thinking about getting a membership, beware! The service and benefits are far below expectations, and you will likely face similar issues.
