Hello friends, I am Raja Jaiswal From Nagpur MH. I am the current user of Google Pay( Tez) app. This app is so slow in loading. It's take 3-4 attempts to log in into app . one more recent experience with money transfers service , One of my colleague( Mr. Roshan -working in private firm) transfer money in. Month of Feb 2020 , amounting rs 20000/- it's urgent for me at that day. Money is deducted from his account and not credited in my account. I call the customer support the said transaction is not done. It's showing amount will credited after 3-5 working days. I ask reason to customer support, he replied its system problem. You will have to wait 3-5days to complete the transaction .
When people in urgent need of money and your are responding with poor response.
This app became poor poor and now became worst today.
No timely services. No instant transfer of money. Using people money for 3-5days making customer fool.
