I traveled from Coimbatore to Bangalore(Booking ID: GOBUSMOB17DB8B85D0) on Oct 13th, but my seat was soaked with water. I couldn't sleep and now I'm sick with a cold and fever. I raised a complaint for a refund, but got a message saying'issue resolved' without any resolution. Please refund my booking amount.
