goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am a regular traveller and had to book tickets regularly. I always used to check out the rates with local agents for best price.
Once I tried using the same with this website. They always advertise and claim to give better price, but to my surprise my friend booked the same flight directly from the company and I did this from goibibo. There was a lot of difference in the fare. I was charged heavy.
I even complained, but no response from the company.
The online experience while booking was fine, but that fare difference changed my mind for booking any flights with this website
