We bought a godrej ref 343 litres mercury from m/s cl mehra & sons in dharamsala on 22 aug 16. the fridge door is misaligned and the top and sides are uneven and knobbed. the product has obviously been damaged during transit or storage and palmed off to us. spending 38000/- and getting a crap stuff is frustrating. after several calls and visits no solution has been given by godrej.
there is a conspiracy between merchants and service providers in this remote place of kangra/dharamsala. no one will say the other is at fault. so technically, all of your complaints are visited by the service center but they just keep mum during the visit.
have to take godrej to the court. very disheartened to see poor quality followed by bad ethical business practices, unprofessional service and after sales support.
an overall poor experience of an indian electronics company. never buying a godrej product again.
