I have been associated with GoDaddy since 2009. Over the years, the service was stable until their operations shifted focus to India. Since then, the overall support experience has noticeably deteriorated. Timely assistance is nearly impossible, and managing domains not registered with them has become needlessly complicated.
On 10th July, I followed their support teams instructions to modify the DNS settings for my website 72interactive.in. After making the changes, the website went offline and has remained inaccessible. Despite pointing the DNS to GoDaddy servers, I still cannot access or manage the DNS settings. Their support team has not been able to resolve the issue or provide clarity.
This has been a deeply disappointing experience. I am now compelled to migrate my website to a more reliable hosting company that offers consistent support and better infrastructure.
