It’s fake company, they are just looting 100 rs from all customers in the name of fixing up appointment. They do not have their own service centre and why some one should go through them when one can approach a service centre directly. There is no advantage of going through them rather you will end up paying more if you go through them. If they are collecting 100 rs from each customer, imagine from 1000 customers they will collect 1lac rs simply without providing any service. I have lost my 100rs which is not a big deal for me, but think how they are looting all customers like this. Give that 100 Rs to some beggars at least, they will be happy and bless you from heart.
