The entire process is slow, confusing, and extremely time-consuming.
They keep asking for the same documents repeatedly, even after submission.
Pre-inspection and approvals take forever, and no one gives a clear update.
Communication is very poor customer support is unhelpful and does not take responsibility.
Policies sound good when you buy, but later you realize the service is not professional or customer-friendly.
Honestly, the amount of time and energy wasted dealing with them is not worth it. There are many better insurers in the market who value customer time and provide transparent service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest avoiding Go Digit and going with a more reliable insurer.
