Just check their letter head it is confusing like the mattress itself.I bought 12 78X60X8 size mattresses from Gilson Mumbai sometime november 2018 for my hotel in calangute Goa. I am 60 years and I am in the hotel industry for half my age and I know placement when not in use as you place mattress not one top of the other.As the;re was litigation the hotel opened for guests onl;y on 23 rd December 2021 and in a matter of just 10 months the mattresses have sunk and the matter was brought to the attention of the dealer.Instead of listening to my grievance he has the audacity to tell me that the mattress was bought in the year 2018, so I leave it up to viewers to ascertain the quality of this gilson mattress. Running to consumer courts is unhealthy as these crooks are always armed with good lawyers and it is waste of time at least in my country.
