I had been associated with the Znet India, Jaipur ever since they had been incorporated and was really pleased with their service.
But recently from past couple of years their services had deteriorated like anything, they take ages to respond to sales or support calls and are not fair in terms of billing etc.
I was asked by their CEO Munesh Singh to use online support forum for quick resolution of my problems and he ensured that problems would be addressed and resolved within 2hrs, but in vain even after using the system they usually take 4 to 5 days to resolve a very small and simple problems. Recently I had observed that they support team and Munesh Singh had stopped taking my calls when I wanted to share my frustrated with them.
I had been so frustrated with their services that last month finally I had to move to GoDaddy. I requested them to discontinue the service and refund the funds, but they are not ready to accept it, where as if you look at their website all hosting plans are monthly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They might be cheap, but they support and quality is really cheap..
