Planning to book sobha moonstone near manyata tech park near hebbal flyover in bangalore.please advice on return on Investment as am looking at it only from investment point of view and what abt water in north Bangalore.
The rate per sq ft is 3400/- please advice on that too.Can we negotiate with the builder?
What are the points do we need to check and clarify with the builder before committing?
Is the location good?
