Worst working Culture with too much Attrition. Review on Fujitsu India Ltd

I got campus placement in fujitsu India ltd  Company and I was very about it. It was my first job and too much of appreciation about the company was told during orientation process. I was glad being part of it but as it is said reality is different from dreams the same happened with me. After I joined the company, I found the employees were not very supportive. In fact, everybody is wanting to cut off another thus having a political environment in the company.

It was all about numbers and targets and those who achieved it by any means was top performer. There was no ethics playing the role. The clients were cheated by saying good quality products to be given but in return the money was charged high and product quality was decreased. I got to know when my boss himself told me to increase numbers by any terms. There is hardly any support from any of the employees and being my first job I was finding it very difficult to cope up. I then left the company and joined another company because the pressure was too much to handle.
