I ordered a few items through the Zomato app and the order was confirmed. One hour after confirmation and close to the delivery time they send a message that the order is cancelled. This kind of service is totally atrocious. This has happened on more than one occasion and each time you ring up their helpline they offer some stupid excuses. They never change. We had guests at home and it became very embarrassing when we had to finally tell our guests that we had to go out to eat. We should boycott this service and ensure that they don't hoodwink people in future.
