It's fine if all goes well with your order, but if there is even one problem like courier going wrong or buyer returning product after damaging it, you are completely on your own. The entire support section is covered with readonly FAQ articles with no way to raise a ticket and even if you raise one, the response is delayed with a cliche "We are looking into it" and then nothing happens.
