FreeCharge is an online website and app which helps you in doing all kind of recharge and pay bills of different commodities.

There is no flaw in app or website working they load fastly and have very simple interface and provide facilities for its customers over a wide range of companies , there is no information kept hidden from customers.

But there is some mistake in there system that sometimes promo code does not work or automatically recharge does not initiate on its own. I had problems regarding it multiple times , no doubt their customers service is bit satisfactory but not at their best.

One of the most important thing it lack is exciting cashback offers which it used to give earlier but now its reduced to nill.

So you can move to other options like Phonepay or so on which atleast offer some good cashback offers.
