I bought a fossil watch expecting it to last , but I was sorely disappointed. After a few months, the leather strap started to wear out, and the watch face scratched easily. For the price I expected a better quality and durability. My fossil watch has been nothing but a trouble. Despite being a brand known for style, it seems they forgot about function. The watch constantly loses time, sometimes upto 5 minutes a day. While the design of fossil watches is appealing, the quality simply doesn't match the price tag. I had high hopes for my fossil watch but when it broken down within the waranty period, dealing with the customer service was a nightmare. They were slow to respond, and then what they did , they were unhelpful and dismissive. I won't be buying fossil again.
