This is 3rd week where restaurants have declined orders. Foodpanda has no control over restaurants to make them accountable. Why they show items on menu if they can not serve? This time even replacement order also not delivered.
Order was accepted but later on restaurant called me directly to inform that they have discontinued item ordered by me. I had to struggle 60 min to contact customer service to get order cancelled and refund money. I and my son were left hungary for next one hr till the time I ordered from some other place. I have deleter their App for ever.
