Flipkart is undoubtedly one of the best online shopping company in India but still as per my experience they have to focus on product return Policy. The process of returning back and refund is very delay and sometimes you are annoyed with time as you have to constantly follow them and leave reminders. Cash on delivery is a good option but are the cover for cod need to expand. Flipkart need to improve the packaging part as well compared to other shopping websites.
