I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand last year. The handset was faulty and got replaced within 24 hours.
I am using it for last 1 year and it is working fine now. Service is good and CCR is very helpful and understand the problem very clearly and perfectly.
After one year device hanged a lot and till date. Changed the battery and power deteriorates.
