Hello frds, recently I used flipcart.com.as I heard so many good things about flipcart.so decided to buy a mobile from flipcart.com.recently I ordered Lenovo K3 note mobile.i got delivery after 5 days of order placed.but when I opened the box.i am really shocked.the screen of mobile is already broken.a couriour boy are not ready to take this mobile back.
So I contact customer care of flipcart.but its customer care executive's attitude is soo rude.they are also not ready to replace my mobile and not ready to give me back refund.really horrible exp.
