Flipkart: Blast in HP laptop
It was my first online shopping with Flipcart, I chose case on delivery option. I purchased Hp Laptop, One dress and Lenovo K3 note.
I had good experience with Lenovo K3 note till today I am not facing any problem to operate it but I had dangerous experience with Hp Laptop. I was working on the Laptop and suddenly there was blast behind me I was scared completely. After few minutes I did check then I found the blast was in the Laptop cable. I was shivering.
I did complain to Flipkart customer service, they were very sorry for that. I sent all proofs and the team did respond me after every intervals and they replaced and gave me another laptop.
Then I was working with second Laptop product and I found some burning smell was coming out, I did complain again they again gave me chance to replace it then I spent few days with it and till today I am working on it with no any further issues. It sorted out.
Then about the dress material, It was worst material so I was not happy so the team replaced it and the flipkart team helped me in the whole process to replace it.
I faced dangerous problem but I would suggest Flipkart for its best service in time whether you want to replace or revert the product as per your experience and choice.
