Hello I brought ubon speakers for rs 650 from flipkart.com but the speakers are faulty so I decided to return it and add a return reuqest in my flipkart account on privious monday and the couriour agent come to collect the product after four days and till the date there is no response from there side and also the customer service does'nt responding so I decided to complaint them via email so yesterday they called me and says your product reached us and we will add the money to your account in 24 hours once the product is verified but there is not refund initiated from there side until now I just have to say that the refund system is very poor
