Big disappointment from flipkart, ordered one Laptop cooling pad on 23 Apr order id OD302654581441531800, Somehow received wrong product, Raised request for the replacement. Multiple times received the SMS "Your replacement item will be delivered by today, but its in vain . Neither any body called me nor anybody came to my Flat. The item got returned .
Quite surprise even after writing to sachin.bansal@flipkart.com multiple time, only receiving the apology. But still the matter is in that place.
Now you can understand even after writing to CEO of the organization if you get such kind of disappointment then you can understand the cheaters.
