Being an typical indian I was feeling great about flipkart that its an indian brand and its name is now reaching worldwide.
I used to be a ok customer untill unless I used amazon.
Flipkart used to do late deliveries after regular follow up what you'll get? nothing.
They don't want to listen you, Myntra inspite being a sub brand of Flipkart doing nice job then its main company.
customer service is just pathetic.
They take as much as time they want to deliver your product.
App and website is kind of good as compare to amazon but Flipkart really you have to work a lot on your service.
Amazon is giving a real threat to you.
