I recently purchased HP AU 117tx i7 7th generation 16 Gb 2TB Laptop.
1) The laptop price was around approx 85000 inr and I got that in exchange with my Samsung N140 old notebook laptop at final price of 70000 inr i.e 15k off. I was not accepting 15k for my old notebook. so I am happy with the offer.
2) While exchange info details its too easy and they not asked about much details like as Amazon and other sites do such as processors, ram and all. You just need to fill brand name, model number and serial number.
3) Seller response was good.
4) Got product little late as compare to other sites but exchange process was quit easy and simple.
5) Customer services was good and effective.
6) The thing I noted as Flipkart electronic section have much good sellers as compare with ebay.
7) Product was fully protected and packed with care.
8) Website was easy to surf the product.
9) Fast delivery promises still need to develop.
10) You will hardly or not find Imported electronic laptops or items.
Overall, I will give 7/10 to Flipkart electronic section as my first experience & always recommend to all who need to buy a authentic electronic product online.
