The HP DVD writer that I ordered was Rs 1413, whereas the item delivered to me was of price Rs 1120. I am sure that they have delivered the wrong product:
The the item that I order for, as per the description available in flipkart site( and also reviews), comes with HP BOX packaging, and contains a should contain a user manual, and a Nero 9.0 DVD burner software. The item that I received did not have the HP BOX packaging, there was no user manual, and no Nero 9.0 too. Its just a DVD drive in a plastic cover. This was the same item available for Rs 1120/- in flipkart site.
The strange thing is the item that I ordered for has went out of stock immediately, how clever they people are selling Rs 1120 for Rs 1413.
When I called up the customer care, the wonderful person who took the call asked me for the price on the actual product, to my surprise it says 1500. Again a good cheating trick played on poor customers.
The wonderful customer care person argued that this is the same product that I ordered for.
I reasoned on why the product doesn't have the HP company packaging, the user manual, etc. he bluffed.
I am completely unsatisfied with the way of executing orders( sending Rs 1120 item for Rs 1413 item).
Flipkart should stop taking advantage on customers, and should never ship an item that was never asked for.
FYI: I will consider Flipkart as my last choice of online shopping.
