Today I called flipkart customer care it’s a horrible experince for me its like me in hell while talking to them, I ordered a memory card and I am facing some issues with that product I asked to refund the amount.


First they denied to refund the amount and they are ready to replacement. Ok I said I saw 100% refund  or replacement button  below the product when I am purchasing the product so I am asking one option in that so why you are denying my words. After 15 min conversation I asked him to transfer the call to your higher authority he said no sir I asked him to do.


He said ok and make me to wait almost 5 min, and said they are busy and ask me to wait for few min this time he makes me to wait another 9 min and said they are busy. Now, the real movie starts again he asks me tell me your problem I repeated all the problem I am facing. This time after spending 20 min in call he agree to refund the amount, so I  said him to change the pickup address he denied that and he saying that if you in same city means we can change the pickup  address.


I said ok it is in same city and just 8 km far from there(Lingampally - KPHB) so please take the address now,  he saying that sorry sir we can't change the pickup address I asked him just now you said it is possible in same city. Finally he said that we can't change the pickup address. So they sell both original products and duplicate products to customers but they wont help to customers if they are facing any issues  about the product. I observed one thing from the last two years from flipkart if they sell imitation or duplicate products to the customers . if customer asks to refund means  they are ready to refund the amount immediately without a single question. If the product is from genuine means they are  denying to give the refund. Similarly in amazon they are asking only one thing to customers you want refund or replacement.
