Limited and Misleading Job Postings. Review on Flexjobs

I recently signed up for Flexjobs after reading a lot of positive reviews from users. After using it for a month, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. While I was expecting a variety of job listings in different roles, the options were quite scarce.

Most remote work opportunities were limited to work like data-entry and compliance. There were very few listings for core engineering roles which I was looking for. Also, I encountered several job postings on FlexJobs that were misleading or outdated. On multiple occasions, I applied for positions only to find they were no longer available or didn’t match the description. The main search engine did not remove the job listings that have been filled or deleted by the employer. Only after clicking on them did you realize that the listing had expired. This ruins the overall experience.
