The put my order in pending state, when I ask for make COD, they said they were sorry. They fool us with false offers.Very bad.
Customer care is not helping the customers and make things more complex. I had made an order on 15th Aug offer, the payment gateway of the website is down. But my order id is generated, but still they have not processed my order. I asked them to make it COD. But they cannot.
