Yes, they give u a cash back which is limited. The cash back is applied on MRP& levy a shipping cost even if the amount falls below 500 reason being cash back code applied.
Now, the cost of the product without it will be cheaper. So its all cheating or fooling customer. No proper response from team when asked. Similar way, product cancelation are never informed. Customer awaits product. After fortnight we need to check on what went wrong thereby providing worst ever customer service. Guaranteed savings are another way of them making money.
