Purchased a nightwear from Firstcry. It's of Babyhug company, a company I always relied on for its quality.
But this suit for which I got delivery on 2nd October 2023 is quite irritating on skin of baby as it's rubber print is rubbing and hurting skin of baby. I tried to contact customer care for help but they were adamant on picking the product only if it has attached tags with it. I tried to explain them million times that I didn't receive the product with attached tag(as tags were kept separately). But they were adamant on picking the product only if it has attached tag.
They are cheaters and bunch of frauds who never take the responsibility of product once it's delivered. This is my 2nd issue in a row regarding first cry which plainly denied to take the responsibility of wrong product sent my them.
I even told them again and again that it was a miscommunication, may be I was not able to put my point correctly in first call so I called them up again but they were not ready to listen. Beware customers !Dont buy products from anywhere but not first cry and this is review not of a layman but a qualified Doctor. Pathetic service by FIRST CRY.
