A consignment(**D991B6531697**) was sent from Delhi to my(Subhendu Choudhury) residential address at Whitefield, Bangalore. The consignment reached Bangalore on 8th April'16 and till date it is not handed over to me. I have called the numbers **08033799999** atleast 30 times. Obviously the other numbers were not working so had to keep trying with the same number. Finally on 16th April'16 I raised a complaint(267022) on their Bangalore head office. The Whitefield branch phone number is not working and the mobile number they provided is also not working. I have never faced this sort of horrible service from any courier company till date.
I would definitely recommend others not to use their service at all. The irony is that they claim to be the best in domestic market.
