I had ordered Death by Chocolate flavor cake through Ferns n Petals for delivery at Mira Road. The cake that was delivered the box was opened and the delivery boy handed over the cake and ran away. On eating the cake found it was rancid meaning the taste was oily and stale. On complaining through the app i was told that they cannot replace the cake and they will refund only half the amount. However, to my surprise another cake same flavor was delivered to my friend at same location and this time the delivery boy waited till the box was opened and the cake was inspected. But this cake also happened to be rancid. So i will not recommend FNP at least for this location/ franchise (Mira road) .
