Most disgusting customer service. I ordered flowers and cake one day ahead and I get after 2 days asking for when they can deliver while the occasion is past. They called me million times to ask to pay for the things I kept on cart and when I wanted help on the delivery the only way I could contact was through chat or email. Both are pathetic, I didn't get any resolution and neither my money back. It's been days now I have been asking them to refund but there is no response. Please don't use fnp rather we have got amazing other apps to use, which are way better than these.
