FNPPL is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Have been a long time customer of theirs. Have been sending flowers, chocolates, plants to family members through them over the past 2-3 years.
And in all the 10-20 times I have used them, they have never let me down. Since they use local vendors to deliver stuff, I believe that makes a difference. Never had an issue with delivering to Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar or Bhilai.
In fact this time I had ordered a few days before my sister's birthday, and when they delivered before due date, they delivered it again! That was a double dhamaka!
Hope they keep up the good work and I never have to contact customer care!And yes, their web site has improved and is now much better than what it was a year back
