I had a very disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals. I ordered two gifts to be delivered together for an important occasion on the 9th, but neither has arrived on time. They claimed that the delivery attempt failed, which was completely untrue. Even after calling them back to rectify the issue, they made excuses, saying they were busy with other deliveries.
To make matters worse, they informed me that one of the gifts was booked with a different delivery partner and would arrive on a different day. They asked me to track the gift myself through the courier service, which defeats the purpose of choosing their platform for convenience. It is frustrating that even after multiple follow-ups, my gifts are still undelivered, and they continue to shift the blame instead of resolving the issue.
If you're planning to rely on them for timely or reliable delivery, I would advise against it. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has made this experience incredibly stressful. Pathetic service!
