Yesterday I ordered Flowers & Cake costing AED 202/-


Received a call this morning to accept alternative flower costing aed72 against ordered item costing aed 109. So far there is no message or mail informing credit back of differential amount.


Second disappointment is the 1 kg fruit chocolate cake which tastes really bad both in terms of quality of chocolate used and the fresh fruit toppings!


Finally the delivery time slot has no options to choose butam-11pm. Birthday cake and flowers arrived separately! Cake at 7.16pm IST!
