I ordered 1.5 kg cake for birthday party.
I had ordered it after talking to an associate to void confusion. turns out there was no order confirmation until 4.45 pm for 12;00 to 5;00 pm order. had to be on phone with them constantly for more than an hour where none of them took responsibiltity and were outright lying . they were blaming it on rain god who have not shown up for bengaluru folks from last three four days. All I could hear was as a policy matter they cant do anything I was reqeusting for, and the cake will be delivered in 10 min.
the 10 min went on for 1.5 hour more and grand fiinale. I got 3 small cakes of 1/2 kg where as I ordered single 1.5 kg.
one of them had a wrong spelling. too.
the card as also wrongly printed.
oh my god what a nightmare. Guests waiting for cake, clumsy photos. three cake cuttings .
it will definitely be a memorable birthday for birthday girl, guests and us parents.
I would like to thank Ferns and Petals for teaching not to trust them or any other vendor.
